Mo-Lec-U-Lar is the shape-shifting con-man and spy of the Mon*Star gang.

History[]

Mo-Lec-U-Lar is, like Hardware, one of Mon*Star's most valuable allies and employees.  His origins as well as nature are a mystery. Like Mumbo Jumbo, it is unclear if he is a robot, alien, some kind of bio mechanical android, or something else altogether. However, what is clear is that he is among Mon*Star's most dangerous men.

Mo-Lec-U-Lar is a criminal of many talents as well as disguises. In addition to spying, he has used his abilities to steal, impersonate public officials, kidnap others, and once even spent some time in Stargazer's own office while disguised as a box of cigars.

Physical Description[]

Mo-Lec-U-Lar as the name suggests is a molecular humanoid. He features a atom symbol on his chest. He has a yellow color design.

Powers and Abilities[]

Mo-Lec-U-Lar can alter his size and shape via the Frisbee ring he carries with him. There seems to be no limit to his size or shape.  He has become the size and shape of a box of cigars and the Maraj. While he assumed the form of the Maraj, he was able to exactly mimic its abilities. He can also turn into a copy of the SilverHawks, in order to slip by security or use one of their unique physical abilities. He has transformed into a space rocket to travel from place to place on his own. In his own form, he can shoot a tar like substance, known as "mo-lec-u-tar", that completely encases and paralyzes whoever it encases. Another ability he has is to restrain others with glowing atoms which come from his chest symbol.

Mo-Lec-U-Lar does have several weaknesses. First, when impersonating a person, he cannot mimic the person's mind, so he cannot copy Steelwill's mechanical genius for example. Second, when impersonating someone, he can be revealed by his shadow, which for reasons unknown will show his true silhouette. Third, any damage to his forms causes him pain. Finally, Mo-Lec-U-Lar can only change forms from his natural one. Therefore, if discovered, he must revert to his natural form before assuming a new form. If the ring is separated from his natural form, he will no longer be able to transform.
